In tourism, our focus is not confined to conventional tourism alone.
We plan to create newer, eco-friendly and people-friendly initiatives
tailor-made for Kerala.
We identify areas of growth geographically as well as in tourism
segments. We conduct studies to evaluate emerging trends,
socio-economic situation, property market trends, ecological
issues among others.
We provide links to the administration. And create updated
info on administration policies and guidelines.
We create Custom-made Tourism solutions. We identify and
facilitate real estate buys.
Kerala’s emerging status as a hot tourist destination has brought
forth certain important economic, ecological and social concerns
for consideration. Responsible tourism addresses these issues and
envisages creating tourism solutions that are free of economical
and cultural alienation of the local people. It also focuses on the
upkeep of the environment. Responsible tourism practices are
being increasingly recognized as an answer to many of the
problems faced by the administration, the investor and the people.
Taking cue, the Department of Tourism in Kerala and its agencies
have envisaged a plan on the lines of responsible tourism. They
have identified a few tourism intensive areas in the state for a
pilot project that could be adopted statewide later on.
We believe the concept of Responsible Tourism works ideally in
states like Kerala. For one, we have a verdant eco-system that
houses precious and vulnerable flora and fauna. The sensitive,
highly reactive people and their cultural heritage are two other
important reasons.
